Direct Sales

For direct sales via aidaluu.com, we offer easy, no questions asked refunds within 30 days.

Just contact us within 30 days and include the order number or the email address that made the purchase.


If you purchased from a source other than aidaluu.com, you must contact that source to return the item:

Apple App Store Sales
If you purchased through the App Store, please note Apple processes sale transactions on behalf of developers. As such, refunds for App Store purchases can only be issued by the App Store and at Apple's discretion.

Microsoft Store Sales
If you purchased through the Microsoft Store (Windows Store), please note Microsoft processes sale transactions on behalf of developers. As such, refunds can only be issued by the Microsoft Store and at Microsoft's discretion.
